Instead, you pay a flat price and receive a small plate of everything on the menu. I normally like tofu but I hated the crunchy texture of the tofu in this dish. Almost like a speak easy venue. To my surprise, my food was really good. I wasn't disappointed as much as simply... underwhelmed? Before sitting down I mentioned to the staff that I am allergic to mangoes. I don't mean your typical "I love Siracha" or even the "I can eat a Habanero" heat. The courses were a mix of spicy and non spicy dishes, and it was a bit of a blow to my ego to hear this was a more mild menu, because its seafood oriented, I don't know if I could handle a normal menu and I typically like spicy things. Also at higher end places I often feel a bit dumb or like an outsider if I don't know all the ins and outs of a dish. Not your ordinary pad thai! - yum wun sen (glass noodle salad) - The noodle salad was pretty good, tangy and packed with herbs.- laap gai chiang mai (chicken lettuce wraps) - Chicken wraps were another favorite because it was fun using the cabbage leaves to pick up the ground chicken like nachos. Save room!Lastly, we were given a coconut cream dessert bite which was delicious! We all loved this dish. We absolutely loved the spicy Yum Khai dish which featured egg, palm sugar and cilantro. The inside probably has seating for about 30 max and they don't take reservations so expect to wait to be seated. Little Serow is incredible but is not for the faint of heart (or faint of tongue). Anything else to note about them right now? It was just SO spicy everything blended together to the point where we were chugging the rice milk and water. It was incredible! I LOVE THIS SPOT!!! Everyone working at Little Serow is genuine and happy to explain the dishes or help you select a drink to match the menu of the evening. This was probably one of my favorite dishes of the night. The dishes here do not play around when it comes to heat. I would have thought that with time passing and more and more restaurants opening,  the line at Little Serow would have gotten shorter. The dishes have a lot of fresh herbs in them and very strong tangy, sour, sweet, and other flavors that you would not normally see in most restaurants.Food:- nam prik ta daeng (salted fish paste) - This was one of my favorite dishes! No reservations. We went on a Tuesday, 20 minutes before they opened and there was already a line forming. I will definitely be back here when they have a menu that intrigues me! I thought this dish was on the salty side but when I scooped it up with the cabbage and put some rice on the top it was perfect. (And for those of you who shy away due to concerns for hot pepper heat, all of this stuff is mild. The mix of flavors was very smart, but I was hoping for a wider variety of base ingredients (like some seafood or more meats) or dish styles. Be prepared for the heat on some of the dishes, which can be easily satiated by the coconut milk and complimentary sliced veggies. I loved the contrast. Khua Kling (Catfish / Shrimp Paste / Tumeric) - Reminds me a little bit of Fillipino food because of the use of shrimp paste but unfortunately, this was my least favorite dish of the night.
